Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days for France, depending on the times provided by the carriers.
Is it possible to have a framed work delivered to me?
All works are sold without frame. However, you can send us a request for supervision at contact@premierebase.fr with the desired format. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
I am a professional and would like to order several works, can I benefit from a reseller rate?
Yes, send us your order to contact@premierebase.fr , we will get back to you within 24 hours. The minimum order is €100 including tax.

I have just validated my order but I want to add another item, do I have to pay the delivery costs again?
No, contact us at contact@premierebase.fr, we will send you a code to cancel the delivery costs on your additional order.
Do you offer delivery costs?
Yes, delivery costs are free for orders over €150.
I would like to offer a work, is it possible to exchange it if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the work. We will send you your new work within 48 hours.
I have not received an order confirmation.
If you have not received any confirmation after placing an order, please check your spam folder first.
If you still can't find the order confirmation, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please contact us by email (contact@premierebase.fr) to check if we have received an order registered in your name.
We will then be able to correct your email address and send you a confirmation of the order. It is also possible that the order was not registered.
Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid double ordering.
What happens if I provide incorrect shipping information?
If you have provided incorrect information such as shipping address, email address or telephone number, please contact us at contact@premierebase.fr as soon as possible so that we can amend it. this information before sending your order.
Unfortunately, if this information affects the delivery of your package and your order has already been sent, you as the customer will be responsible for any additional costs associated with this.
